1 | Catfish filet | |
1 | Tsp | Cumin |
2 | Limes | |
1 | Roma Tomato, diced | |
2 | Tbsp | Cilantro, chopped |
1 | Tbsp | Butter |
½ | Tsp | Salt |
Place catfish filet in aluminum foil. Butter the filet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin.
Squeeze the juice of one lime onto the filet. Slice other lime and place them on to the filet along with the diced roma tomato's and cilantro.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. You will hear it bubbling when it is done.
